Questions.

What the file is, what it costs, and what happens after you pay.

What you get

What file do I get?
Three print-ready PDFs. They are real vector type — the words are still text inside the file, not a picture of text — so the poster stays sharp at any size, from a sheet of A4 to a 24×36 wall print.
Which frame sizes are included?
8×10 · 11×14 · 16×20 · A4 · A3 · 12×18 · 24×36. That is seven frame sizes in three files, one per page shape, and you get all of them with every order. There is no size to choose before you buy and no extra to pay for a bigger one.
Is anything posted to me?
No. Nothing ships. The files download the moment you pay and arrive by email as attachments as well, so the poster is on your screen within a minute of buying it.
What if I lose the files?
The download page keeps working — the link you were given after paying will rebuild and re-download the same poster whenever you go back to it. The email with the attachments is a second copy. If you have lost both, write to hello@valuesstudio.com.

Making your poster

Can I really write my own words?
Yes — every line of it. The heading is yours too, and so is the small letterspaced line along the bottom edge, which is the part that makes a poster look like it belongs to someone in particular. Nothing on the poster is fixed text.
How many lines can I have?
Between 8 and 18. The layout works at any length within that, and the shortest lines are set the largest — so a three-word line becomes the loudest thing on the page without you doing anything. That is the whole idea: you type, and the poster arranges itself.
Do I have to start from scratch?
No. There are 35 ready-made posters in the gallery — house rules, classroom rules, team principles, a dog's rulebook, a cabin, a choir — and any of them opens straight into the editor with every line editable. Most people start from one and change half of it.
How many designs are there?
Eight styles, and they are separate designs rather than one layout in different colours — different typefaces, palettes and layout rules. Your words re-set into whichever you pick, instantly, as many times as you like before you buy.
Does it work in my language?
35 languages, accents and all — Polish ł and ż, Czech ř, Hungarian ő, Turkish ğ, Slovenian č ž š. Latin alphabets only for now: Greek, Cyrillic, Hebrew, Arabic and Chinese are not supported yet.
Can I change the words after I have bought it?
Not on the poster you bought — paying freezes that one, and its download link rebuilds that exact file forever. If you want different words, design the new version and buy it. Worth knowing before you pay rather than after, so read it through once while it is still free to change.

Buying it

How much does it cost?
$4.00, once. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel, and the one payment covers all three files. Prices are shown in US dollars; if you are somewhere else, the checkout will quote you your own currency.
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to remember. You design the poster, pay, and download it.
Can I get a refund?
Digital files are the exception to the usual fourteen-day right to change your mind — once the file has been delivered, that right falls away, because a file cannot be handed back. But if something is actually wrong — the file will not open, or it does not match what you designed — write to hello@valuesstudio.com and we will fix it or refund you.

Printing it

Can I print it at home?
A4 and 8×10 fit an ordinary home printer, so yes. For anything larger, any copy shop or online print service will run it — a print-ready PDF is exactly the file they ask for, and handing it over needs no explanation.
Will a dark poster use a lot of ink?
Yes — a poster set on near-black covers the whole sheet, and a home inkjet will feel it. If you are printing at home, the paler styles are much kinder to a cartridge. For a dark one, a copy shop is usually cheaper than the ink, and the result is better.
Can I print it more than once?
As often as you like, at home or at a print shop, and hang it wherever you want — a house, a classroom, a clubhouse, an office, a studio. What you may not do is sell the file, give the file away, or sell printed copies.
Who owns the words I type?
You do. We claim no ownership of them and do not use them for anything except making and rebuilding your poster.
