Terms of sale.

One poster, as a PDF file, set in the words you typed and the style you chose. It is sized to A3 or A4 exactly, whichever you picked, and the type in it is real vector type rather than an image, so it stays sharp at any size.

The file is generated when you buy it. It is emailed to you and stays available on the download page you are sent to.

€2.00 for one poster. Once — there is no subscription and nothing renews.

The seller is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on this price.

Payment is handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. Your bank statement will show VALUESSTUDIO.

The poster is yours to use. Print it as often as you like, at home or at a print shop, and hang it wherever you want — at home, in a classroom, a clubhouse, an office or a studio.

You may not:

• sell the file, or give it away as a file
• sell printed copies of it
• include it in a product, template or collection that you sell

In short: it is for you and your group to use, not to resell. The words you typed remain entirely yours — we claim no ownership of them, and we do not use them for anything except making and rebuilding your poster.

For most things bought online in the EU you have fourteen days to change your mind. Digital content is the exception: once it has been delivered, the right falls away, because a file cannot be handed back.

When you buy, you are asking for the file immediately and accepting that you lose the fourteen-day right at that moment. We say so in plain words at checkout before you pay, rather than only here.

This does not remove your rights if something is actually wrong. If the file will not open, does not match what you designed, or is faulty in some other way, we will fix it or refund you. Just write to us.

Email hello@valuesstudio.com and tell us what happened. If we cannot put it right, you get your money back.

We are a very small business and we would rather refund someone than argue with them. Your statutory rights as a consumer under Slovenian and EU law apply in full, whatever is written here.

We do our best to keep the site running, but we cannot promise it is never unavailable. If you cannot reach your download, tell us and we will send the file to you.

The poster is a decorative print. We are not responsible for how it is used, and our liability is limited to what you paid — except where the law does not allow that limit, such as death, personal injury, or anything caused by our own gross negligence.

These terms are governed by Slovenian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you can bring proceedings there.

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may be able to use an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body. Tell us and we will point you to the relevant one.
